We recently had Victory Stone help us with a kitchen renovation, and had the best experience. Thanks to Scott for being helpful and very patient, walking us through several options before choosing the one we absolutely love. From the day we ordered, to the day they installed it was 10 days. The installers were very knowledgeable and took extra care in the house to ensure everything was installed perfectly. I highly recommend Victory Stone. At each stage (estimate, template, installation), the staff at Victory were professional, thorough, and committed to the highest quality. They offered suggestions and advice based on their experience and expertise and in my opinion the pricing was extremely fair. Scott and the staff worked within our timelines to ensure our kitchen was complete on short notice, not an easy task working with many other trades. The staff understood the importance of our countertop being perfect and they delivered!

We recently used Victory Stone for our new construction and we had an amazing experience! Victory truly cares about the quality of the products they offer and we didn’t experience any delays in ordering or receiving product which is so rare these days due to the pandemic. Their customer service and communication was excellent and everyone was so personable. Their prices are competitive and they even came in lower on our quartz countertops compared to local competitors. Would definitely recommend!!

We recently bought granite kitchen countertops from Victory Stone and contracted them to do the installation. From the very start of the process both Scott and Zack were very accommodating and provided us with a comprehensive quote and options to include in our design. The project was completed in a timely and professional manner with a complete focus on customer service. The installers did an excellent job and were creative and thorough throughout the project. Overall we’d rate them as excellent and their price was very competitive. Highly recommended.
Very positive experience. All staff I had the opportunity to interact with (Zack and Stephanie at Victory Stone on Mt. Edward Road as well as both Matts, Rob and Blair on the job site) were pleasant and knowledgeable. They met all my expectations with excellent service and quality product. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Victory Stone has been excellent from consultation, through measurement to installation. In store, I was quickly assisted by Evan with choosing my counters, sinks and taps; and timely detailed estimates and amendments were sent. Measurement by John was quick and efficient with guidance on lots of important details to consider for appearance.
The three installers, Cody, Dan and Hector, did an excellent job. They were efficient and conscientious around the install, were very careful about not damaging anything and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards! I really appreciated their punctuality and calling me with notice of their arrival.
What really struck me was that everyone I dealt with was service oriented and appeared to really enjoy their work and doing a quality job.
Lastly, the install was done just seven business days after measurement. I would highly recommend Victory Stone!

My wife Velvet & myself were new to the Island, we stopped in at the showroom, Evan treated us great and had steady contact with us. Codie was also very friendly and kept us in the loop, when John came out to do the laser measurements he was very nice and professional. Today Dan & Hector arrived with the quartz counters & sinks for our kitchen and two bathrooms, these two guys were amazing at what they do, very friendly while being very professional. The finished job looked awesome. We would recommend Victory Stone to anyone who wants to be treated with fantastic customer service & quality workmanship. 5 stars for sure!!!
